Installer refused to use a Transition strip In area that I explained from the beginning to Ron that I probably would want, no it wasn't included in the bid, as I was assured it didn't need done, but it did, I got into huge argument with the installer, even though I Agreed to pay the difference. Ron came out, offered a solution that was just ok. But installer done the the same stunt in bedroom, I didn't catch, until I returned from Florida. Ron came out & corrected, also wanted extra padding that I paid for, installer left none, but did leave the carpet. Ron eventually supplied me with what looked to be used pad, just know it Was Not the Pad I Paid For. Installer extremely rude, payed $400 to move very few pieces of furniture & their measurements were at 90 square yards, Lowe's & Home Depot we're both at 87 square. I chose Degler because it was locally owned, my mistake, never again. 2 stars as the store is nice, my experience was not. I from Kokomo, Indiana, not California.

We have used Pro Sanding twice. The first time they refinished our back room and kitchen. In the…read morekitchen they had to feather in new wood to match the old wood where we had removed a peninsula and the work was beautiful. This past week we had them come in to remove tile from the foyer and replace it with wood and refinish the bamboo flooring we found when removed the vinyl flooring. Carl gave us a fair quote. The new wood arrived and was then Caesar showed up to do the floors. Under the tile he found beautiful parquet flooring that he was able to refinish. Carl requoted us and we oil back the ordered wood without issue. The flooring turned out fantastic. If I had more flooring to refinish I would definitely call Carl again.
