Literally minutes after purchase I called to return for refund. Online it says full refund up to 7 days then credit only. It wasn't even 7 minutes. The sales people on 7/1/26 that day were not the ones who said it was not online but even so they refused to return it for refund.Not their policy. No flexibility to honor customer wishes or keep them happy Do not patron this store as they do not care about customers or honor written return policy online. It clearly was unfair and dishonest. Very disappointing it cost me nearly $100 more than it should have. I am still open to return for refund if owners have any compassion toward customers and I'll revise this review.

I just happened to see the big consignment sign near the street on Lancaster Ave as I was driving by and I made a "U" turn. I didn't know it was Charmingly Linda's, but I'm glad I found it again. This is a nice store. It is not glamorous (though I think they are trying). The clothes are down to earth clothing, not much stuff for the younger crowd. Mostly they stock women's clothing, shoes, bags, accessories. They have a very small men's department. When I was there they had a huge selection of Vera Bradley bags. It is hit or miss. One thing many may not know is that Linda's husband sells things on E-bay. With the population aging, there are more and more people who need this service.
