This place is as complete as you can find an arts and crafts store. Beats galore, all kinds of snaps and broches, and all assorted treasures for the customer to peruse. Workshops, classes, and an incredible selection of other different treasures. Outside, plenty of parking, and close to several major routes. Only minor discrepancy I noted was the absence of a good supply of hematite stones. Other than that, it is as complete as you can make it. read more

Extraordinary shop with a fabulous selection of fire-polished, thunder polished, & fresh water beads, tons of findings, chain and the most extensive selection of seed /bugle beads I've seen outside of New York. Lori and the college aged woman with with long hair who helped me today were so kind and knowledgeable. They sell chain by the foot, for as low as $1.60. When I wanted to see if a jump ring would fit a piece of chain I bought, Lori said, let's try it, and helped me see if the ring would fit. I was a little surprised to see clothes in their windows when I showed. I was afraid that maybe a new tenant moved in and they hadn't changed their signs yet. Apparently they also sell clothing to go with the new necklace you're making. They have classes, and lessons are $25 / hr. Lori said that if there aren't any classes going on, customers can use their worktable to work on a project. I was really impressed with this friendly little bead shop! read more

I would give it 5 stars for selection - it's definitely a wonderfully stocked store but have to give 3 since the prices seemed very , very high. I found it pricier than the NYC stores where I shop. I also found the display of clothing a bit strange - not sure why they are there... is it a bead store or clothing shop? The staff was very nice and helpful. read more

Store is really fabulous! I usually go to Bead Fest to buy beads, but I doubt if I will be going this year. Such a hassle to get there, when Blue Santa is so much closer. You really have so much stock its amazing. What I most liked is that you don't just have supplies for one type of beading, but for many. You have supplies for string, weaving, and leather jewelry. I heard people asking about thread types for some type of beadwork, and I never heard of the thread, but you had it. Your finding are really excellent, and you have a selection in gold, silver, copper and dark finishes. Your chain by the yard is great. (Can't wait to work with the ones I bought.) Your staff is very patient and knowledgeable. Most stores say they have a big selection, but you guys are the real deal. Thank you so much! read more
