(1 star if I could give zero, I would) I went in for a simple coolant flush and left with an oil leak -- completely unacceptable. I waited over four hours, only to have my car returned in worse condition than when I brought it in. The service was not only slow but careless. Now I'm dealing with issues that weren't there before. I've learned that Inspector Ruben Castro lied and failed my car, maybe bc I am a female or white. He did pass a hispanic woman's SUV while I was there. Her vehicle was at least 10 years older than mine and belt/pulley was squeaking when she pulled out of her spot. He said the tread on my tires was under 2/32, cracking, and alignment bad. My husband (retired mechanic) took my car to another shop. The man there said tires wearing better than he expected due to their size, no cracking and ALL tires were at least 4/32, not even to wear bar. We wasted $800 for 2 new tires that are now sitting in our garage. In calling Firestone back, one man tried to say maybe he meant the back tires....another lie bc those were replaced last year. I work for a local company that uses Firestone for fleet work. I called at 8:55am to see if I could get my truck in for brakes and was told there was an opening to get me in right away. I arrived at 9:10am and my truck was immediately pulled into a bay. The counter worker asked if I'd be waiting for the truck and said yes. At Noon no one had spoken with me and no update had been provided. I got in line with three other upset customers and waited my turn to speak with someone. 20 minutes later I spoke to a different counter worker and asked about my truck. After questioning him he told me that we were waiting on approval, I asked from who and was given the runaround. He then told me the estimate hadn't been completed and it needed to be submitted for approval. After questioning him on why it took me to confront him about the progress he made the comment that they are not in the business of housing vehicles and continued to push the approval process which they hadn't even provided an estimate to myself or my Service manager. All I received was excuses and rude comments with no accountability for their lack of service. The estimate was then rushed through and sent to my service manager. I was then informed that my repairs would be completed in approximately 2 1/2 hours. I finally received my keys at 3:10pm. This lack of customer service lead to me losing a complete day of work and zero accountability or apology was provided for their terrible customer service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone following my experience. A woman in front of me in line had the same experience waiting over 3 hours only to be told a deposit was needed to start the work, yet she was also not notified. I went online select my make and model of car and it show the tires in stock. When I arrived I mentioned I also wanted to get my star vehicle inspection. After about an hour the told me that my car did not pass inspection. I asked why. I was told the tires are bad. At the this point I was very confused because they were supposed to replace my tires. Turns out they had no tires for my car at all. Then they told me I had to pay $7 for the inspection that should not have been done until they replaced the tire. They tried to convince this was ok because I had 15 days to get a reinspection for free. But they couldn't get tires in that time and I will be out of town for half of those days. But hey that's ok, because I can go buy the tires somewhere and the bring them in and give them more money. Not a chance. I was certainly not pleasant at this point as they wasted my time for an hour and then wanted me to pay for the privilege. I did not pay the $7 and will not return. read more

If you're not a local like me, finding a place to get your car fix is difficult. I brought my beat up car here after bringing it to Charlie Clark Nissan who totally misdiagnosed my car. I came in with car issues they charged me 100.00 for running there engine diagnostics.I informed them that I thought the check engine light was an effect of an issue as well as my SHAWD and other lights that turned on, on my dash and not the actual issue. The only solution they found was to swap out spark plugs and coil packs and were going to charge me 890.00 for parts and labour. After performing the recommended repairs my self the issue remained. There diagnostic was incorrect as I thought it was, glad They didn't preform the repairs there otherwise I would be out 890.00 instead of the 290.00 I spent on unneeded parts. As a "Tire Shop" they must be good. For real auto repair take your car else where! read more

Armando provided excellent customer service. We called in search of a battery. They had what we wanted in stock and said we could come in right then. When we arrived a few minutes later they had everything ready. Armando answered all of our questions and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes! read more

Worker went to get a light bulb changed out on a tail light.. they charged her $15 to tell her her problem was an internal electrical problem. They told her they changed out 1 light bulb and it didn't turn on.. my worker is a 70 year old lady.. she opted to get a second opinion and turns out the light bulb turned on when it got changed out.. don't understand how anyone could try to take advantage of a sweet old lady to make a buck.. take your business elsewhere than this place.. unless you like getting robbed. read more

Took my truck in for an alignment and the guy talked my ear off when I turned my truck in and told me "one is in front of you. Shouldn't take so long". Cool. I call 3 hours later and he said the same thing. Got my truck on the road and it pulls to the right. F@#$. Call them to redo it. They say their machine's broken. Trash. read more

Not even worth 1 star. This business is completely horrendous. All the people that rate excellent or happy with the job; are all getting screwed by the professionalism sales skills that Joe and the complete staff have in common. I shopped here before and my first time was a mistake. I came here again because firestone makes great tires, so I opted to give them a second chance. I went in for a a simple $550 tire job and you're coming out with nearly $1800.00 quoted charge for extra work. All the people that do not mind paying are either retired elderly (because I've seen how the salesmen talk to them) that get their credit cards charged, or credit card holders that do not mind the monthly payment. Ive seen them explain fees so fast to the customer where they don't even give the client a chance to talk and already walking them out the door. -SO MANY UNNECESSARY ADDED FEES The whole staff are snakes and communicate to each other with body language. Making eye gestures or call outs to each other. When the mechanic notices a small problem, they cue to the front desk to tell the customer mechanic parts need to be changed and they can do it right there and then for a quadruple of the price. Flaws that dissatisfied me with this location. * Quoted an arm and a leg of mechanic job, where I could do it around the corner for 1/4 of the price. *Once everything was done, my warranty was not explained to me, was just handed it to me and ready to leave. *I felt so uncomfortable with the job, I had my tires checked at another location. * Salesman tried convincing me that I will only pay a small monthly payment upon my credit card, trying to convince me for extra labor when I had said No three times. * Had to argue my way to exclude so many unnecessary fees * I was charged without notice, and not had explained what was done, how do I even know the bolts were placed back on right? For all others that shop here, please think twice about this location and go to a reputable tire store, where these salesmen do not try to manipulate you for things you do not need over for you hard earned money. Great customer service! Took the wife's car in for an alignment and very pleased with the mechanic that preformed the work. They took the time to show me which wheel was misaligned and pointed out a bubble in the tire also. I told them I had a tire warranty from another tire company and they recommended I take it back for replacement. They also checked my breaks which were good. No hassle kinda of place and they don't try to sell you anything that you don't need. I will be back for my future care care needs. read more

I've been going here for awhile but after finding out they didn't do the job right, and having to go to another mechanic, then they wouldn't refund the money I paid them, it will be the last time. The did however pay the 152 I had to pay for the part at another store,refused to cover the labor I had to pay the other mechanic, but I paid them 352 to do the job right.
