My car broke down while driving along I57. Firestone was the only mechanic open on Sunday. They were able to get me in immediately. The repair was very involved and they recommended seeing a dealer mechanic. I would need to wait until the next day to tow my car. Chris said I could keep the car inside overnight as I had a trailer hitch with my luggage on it. He pointed out the nearby restaurants while I waited for a ride and also pointed me to a nearby ATM. I used to only go there, but since Ashley has become manager, I've started going other places. Anybody can have a bad day, but every day is obviously a bad day for her. And this is a shame they have good tires at a good price. I made an appointment for a new set of tires. Love the Destinations I purchased. Everyone was very friendly. They done a thorough inspection of my 05 Escape and made some recommendations for preventative maintenance in the future. I drive for a living and get minimum of 1 oil change every month so I have plenty of experience with prompt service and you will not find it here Sean at the front is always rude and they are definitely paid by the hour because it is the slowest shop I've ever been to for an oil change That being said it is refreshing to know that they can up sale you into a set of tires while Sean is being a sarcastic un-engaging front man If I wasn't using an enterprise vehicle for the moment I wouldn't be coming here EVER! Oil changes are always best done at a quick lube pull up garage since they are too busy working to treat customers like an unwanted pain that they wish would leave them alone Avoid this place if at all possible! I'd never heard anyone give this place praise and having gone here for the last two oil changes I completely understand why they have such a poor reputation Actually being the only review I'm betting they regularly have to get reviews taken down Fifty minutes after my appointment and I'm still waiting on a standard oil change and tire ro and from my experience that's ridiculous! For the second time driving Chicago to Nashville my Accord broke an ignition coil and spark plug (not a mechanic so I'm using the wrong terminology). When you call to see about getting a flat fixed and the clerk gets hateful on the phone with an older gentleman, then he takes it a step farther and comes outside because the gentleman calls and asks his name--there is an issue. Confrontation with a customer is VERY POOR business. NO employee should EVER respond like that and pull down his mask and threaten the man. NO employee should come outside looking to start an issue. read more

I've been a customer of there's since Bob was the manager, he was friendly, funny and very helpful. Under the NEW management the place is going down hill fast. They are not only slow, they argue with you. No deals All they want is your money. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of other options. read more
