They have COCKROACHES in the waiting room! 2 employees walked past a dead cockroach laying in the middle of the floor and did nothing about it. I made 2 different appointments to get an alinement on my car. The first appointment they said it would be about an hour until they get to the car. 4 hours later they call and say they wouldn't get to it that day. The second appointment we waited in the waiting room and a hour and 30 minutes went by and I asked "why is the car still sitting there?" Their response was "we are backed up and not sure when we will get to it." So I wouldn't expect your car to get taken care of in a reasonable time. read more

This place was a bad joke. i went in for state inspection. They tried to not pass my inspection trying to say my windshield wipers were old and they are not old. Then the dumb girl pulling my car out of the bay left the car in reverse and the car started rolling backwards and almost hit another car. Don't go to this store. One star is an under statement. The customer service representative's are worthless. They do not communicate with each other or pay attention to their daily schedule for service. I've been trying to get my vehicle alignment done for three months. Every time i call they say that their schedule is free and to come on over, as soon as i show up they say, " do you have an appointment, i can't fit you in today" read more

Appointment for 9am. Vehicle did not go back until 9:40. Tires should have been done by 10:15. Employees stood around most of the time in a coffee clutch. Tires not done until after 11:15. No respect for the customers time. Very poorly ran business. I would not recommend. read more

Bought 4 new tires and and alignment. When I picked up the car the front right wheel wasn't aligned when they gave us the paperwork. When asked about it, we were told they don't do that here. They were pretty flippant about it, even though it was closing, but our car had been there since noon. Used this place for 15 years. They got new people working there now. I called these people at 7:15. I live in San Antonio TX. I had a flat and in desperate need for a tire to get back home which is 167 miles away. I was on a donut. I called and saw him through the window talking on the phone with me. I explained my situation and he told me that everyone was gone and there was nothing he could do. I just needed to purchase the tire. I could have put in on myself. He said, "Sorry, there was nothing he could do." Stranded in another city for a messily 15 min window. read more

Took my tire in for leak. They said that I needed another tire. The technician said there was a nail puncture in the shoulder of the tire. I was understanding but I asked him if I could see the tire and where the puncture was. He took me in the garage and showed me the tire. The puncture was 2 inches off center, well into the tread! This was for a f150 truck tire. I asked the tech if he was sure that he couldn't fix it. He called what I suppose was his manager and he concurred without looking at the tire, as well as not looking up from his clipboard. Well, told them to air it up and took my business to another tire shop where they fixed the tire in 20 minutes and assured me that the puncture was in the tread. I did not appreciate trying to be scammed into buying a new tire. I will not be going back to this shop. read more

My husband and I just returned home from this location and received the worst customer service. The employees were rude and used offensive language in front of the customers, they held our vehicle for longer than necessary for a single tire rotation (4 hours!) And they were not even busy. They disrespect my husband by accusing him of not having a proper driver's license and they wouldn't even acknowledge me. Very poor quality service. I was embarrassed for the men working in that shop - they were behaving like children. read more

Omar was very helpful. On my visit to kingsville, my jeep started smoking and leaking oil. Though they do not carry jeep parts, they were able to diagnose problem and advise me. I was coming from Lake Jackson going home which was about 2 hrs away just me and my 2yr old visiting my husband, when i got to the TX-141 notice my tire going low around 3:20pm on a Sunday, stopped at HEB to put some air but noticed a big nail on my tire, googled a tire repair close by and gave me Firestone in Kingsville. I went there around 3:30 and told the lady at the front desk that i had a flat tire that needed repair and she told me that they were not gonna be able to help me out since they had 3 cars before me and that the manager did not want them to stay after 4. I told her than if just one of the guys could just help me out loosen the tire and that I would change it by myself but she said no that they could not help me out. I even asked her if there was another place where i could go to fix it and she said that there was nobody to help me out. read more

I brought my truck in for an alignment from getting new upper control arms and lower ball joints. After 5 hours they call me to tell my my inner tie rods are bad and wanna charge me $600 bucks for tie rods and alignment. I can change my tie rods for free in 1 hour for $100 for parts. And they said they can't give me an alignment without the tie rods. This place is trying to UPSALE you! If you know what you need for your car then that's what you need. The last 6 months at this Kingsville, Texas Firestone store poor customer service. My last dealing with darken their doorway is today 07-31-2021. I go in to get a oil change and a tire rotation. Manager tells me can't get to it today. I reply i am not in no hurry , how about in the morning. Manager says we are full up tomorrow also, how about Tuesday Management tells me. Mind it is Saturday 1 PM. Never a sorry . I have 3 company trucks going thru this Kingsville Firestone location, kids cars and my own. I have been turned away in the past (last 6 months) also that has lead up to this review. I have been a Kingsville Firestone customer for the last 25 years. I hope upper Management reads this and makes a effort to fix this problem. Years before service was great. They would get me taken care of that day or for sure the next day. Sometimes even stay late to get me rolling. Please upper Management feel free to look me up in your system to verify the business over years I have had done at this location and never have I had a complaint. Sad and mad. read more

These people are incompetent and uneducated. I wouldn't trust them to clean my car never the less routine maintenance and auto repair. They literally have one mechanic who works here who is in his mid 80's who doesn't speak English and doesn't know the difference between a nut and a bolt. I recommend you take your car right across the street where they have an entire team of young motivated certified mechanics ready to work on and complete your car in a timely manner. If you take your vehicle to Firestone, they will promise you the world and deliver nothing but a still broken car in way too long of a time frame. If you promise me working transportation the next day to get me to take my vehicle to you, and then you order the wrong parts and tell me it'll be another week, you should owe me a rental or a loaner to make up for your mistakes. A couple of weeks ago, a co-worker and I were headed to Corpus Christi for a marketing event; however, we began experiencing problems in Falfurrias (TX). By the time we arrived in Kingsville, we knew we had to stop. It was between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. We first went to a Firestone competitor, but we were told they were just too busy and wouldn't even be able to help us. Then we went to Firestone. After evaluating the vehicle, they discovered the problem. They would not be able to get the part, though, until Monday. (It was Friday.) We were 1 1/2 hours from home, stranded. One of the owners then called the dealership. They could get the part, in McAllen, and deliver it. They estimated delivery at 4:00-4:30 p.m. The part finally arrived around 4:30. We were told that the mechanics had already been told that everyone would be staying until the work was done. Instead of being angry (It was a Friday, after all!) or rude, they were so accommodating and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Firestone in Kingsville!!!! read more

This business is lucky to still have the doors open, that one grouchy manager may want to step it up if he wants to continue working there because his lousy attitude really makes us customers (I know several) ask why we would choose to go do business there in the first place... if he's ready for retirement then rush him out and if he's not then show him the way of doing business basics again... I called this location early Saturday afternoon to get a state inspection and additional service on my truck that had been in storage for a little over a year. I was told that it would be no problem and to bring it by. I arrived shortly after the call, and was then told that they were booked up for the rest of the day. There was a small chance they could get to it just prior to closing, but recommended instead that I reschedule the appointment for 0900 Sunday, the next morning. It was crucial to get this inspection knocked out prior to me leaving town first thing Monday morning since I would not be able to complete the registration process without it. When I showed up for the appointment, the manager told me that they cannot do the state inspection because they had no inspector there that day. I told him that the appointment was made specifically for this and asked the reason why. He said they do perform inspections on Sundays, however his inspector swapped his schedule the afternoon prior. He then proceeded to blame the employees for always shifting the schedule around. I never received a call on Saturday afternoon nor prior to showing up to the appointment. Had I known that Firestone would not be able to complete the inspection, I would have had other opportunities to schedule it over the weekend. This is unacceptable for a business and will now leave me stranded without a vehicle when I return to town. At a minimum, I should have received a call Saturday afternoon. Since the appointment was confirmed for Sunday, the proper solution should have been to call in the inspector. Instead, I was met with a "not my problem" attitude from the manager and a series of excuses blaming the employees of the establishment. I will not be coming back. read more

First we were quoted two hours before the tire could even be checked since no one was working. When we found someone on the street to help us, they refused to even let us use their air pump.
