I came in after hours as they were finishing up on a customer and I explained my situation to Robert about getting 2 blow-outs on my RV camper which was stranded on the side of the highway about 40 miles away after having driven over 6 hrs. I explained to him that I knew that they were technically closed but if I didn't get a tire I wouldn't have a place to stay since my RV was my home and I didn't know anybody in town. Robert patiently and respectfully listened to me and he and the tire technician both took the time and effort to assist me even after hours. I understand that they did not have to wait on me since they were already closed and they too wanted to get to their loved ones but they both went above and beyond to ensure that I too get home to my family. They truly displayed compassion, respect, and great service. This is something that I will never forget as I was able to get a tire and most important get back to my family. If I could give no stars, I would. Shady place. Wouldn't rent a hubcap from this place, let alone finance another set of tires. Tons of hidden fee's, ridiculous interest; they purposely set your monthly payments to make you not pay off your balance before all interest accrues and you end up paying more than double what anything is actually worth. Then they charge interest on your interest all while explaining none of the payment process to you and you're left arguing with someone who can't explain to you why your balance never goes down. And anyone can call and see if you have an account and balance with them with only a name. There's absolutely not account security. Go anywhere but here. Glueing together shredded tires from the side of the road would be a better solution than going to this place. read more

Everyone in the store is very welcoming, i felt very comfortable talking to the employees.. i wasnt so much of a customer but as if i was their friend and have known them for years. Took the 50 minute drive from Corpus to Kville to get new rims and tires. Our corpus location was far from helpful after waiting over a week to hear back from them even after leaving them with a deposit. The team at the kingsville RAW took awesome care of us, extremely helpful...we were in and out in just a couple of hours. My experience at the store was great, I had went in looking for tires and left with a used set of wheels and tires that were practically brand new, and for the same price as a new set of tires. $100 dollars a week for 3 months for 20" wheels and tires? Went in for 35/12.50/20s expecting to pay an arm and a leg as usual when it comes to that size, ended up leaving with that same exact size for $1300! $100 payment, i aint passing on that bud.
