The front desk said that they were only going to charge for the computer diagnosis and not the visual inspection. But I never requested any computer check because my car didn't have any service lights 'on'. But I just wanted for them to give me the report on my car and get out of there. Because the day before I left my car like at 08:30 and I was told they would be done with visual inspection that same day but I called at 5:30 pm and was told they didn't have time to check it and if I wanted to leave it overnight or pick it up and bring it again in the morning. Not even an apology for not calling me in advanced so I could make plans to get a ride for work the next day. So anyways WATCHOUT again with that front deck don't let them poke your eyes like they did to me. Make sure they tell you straight out how much you're gonna pay. The mechanics did a great job though but I can't say the same about the front desk. Sorry but it is what it is.

I ask to get me a diagnostic the guys told me it was my alternator and it wasn't, it was just terminal post from battery been loose they made me spend 650 plus a night in laredo and hotel expenses for nothing and that not it tho, the new alternator was not properly installed screws where sticking out and grind off the belts inside luckily i was able to make it back ... I repeatedly ask to double check everything the first time and when I came back ... The next day my car was was doing exactly same thing and then all the dashboard ligth came on and also it was choking like if it was out of gas ... to make a long story short they didn't plug the wiring back correctly i let the them seat on the of the engine ... i had to pay to have all that corrected then they left some bolts loose from engine mount ... after I told them to take their time repeatedly to do the job ,they just ignored me. And it was too much ... i really wish I get some of what I expend reimbursed

Two hours later I'm driving down the road and not only is it running rougher than before, the car stops running in the middle of traffic. I limp my car back to the shop for them to fix the problem but in the end, they threw up their hands and said there was nothing they could do, and then tried to blame me for it. They were offering to fix the A/C with good labor cost fees, but the high fees came from them having to ship in the parts. They did offer to fix the issue with parts that I had, but there would not be any warranty as they didn't order the parts. I decided to have the car fixed at PepBoys and now i have good, working A/C blowing in my car. Thank you to the honest people who work here. I'm proud to say that I can rely on these amazing group of people.

Given that my…read moreinsurance covered the cost, they replaced the transmit on my SUV and from the moment I dropped it off to the moment I picked it up was 6 WEEKS! They kept blaming my insurance and my insurance kept saying it was STAR. I had a pinhole radiator hose leak when I took it in (nothing to do with the transmission replace) and when I picked it up the hoses were tore off. I called I'm educated leaving and they said it was due to wear and tear!! Ridiculous. I had to replace all the hoses due to them all being heavily cracked almost to the point where they were barely hanging on. How in the world?!?!? NEVER AGAIN! Do yourself a favor and avoid this business. The reps get ruder with time also. They are experts at giving you the run around as well too.

The tires were…read morehard to find until I called Medina, who had new and used, which saved me several hundred dollars. In addition, they came and took the blown out tires with the rims to their shop, replaced the tires and then returned to the car and put the new tires on. Jose was very polite, professional and fast. These guys really give great service at a great price you can actually afford. I highly reccommend this shop. If they don't answer right away, they will call you back.
