They also provided a real time of expected arrival instead of something like a four-hour window taking up your entire day. They arrived a little before the time quoted with two people - one the main handyman and one being trained. They did a prompt and excellent job and the cost was very fair. I had many many repair trips to fix sloppy tile work, amongst other things. Within one year of installation of the carpet, it got ridiculously loose and buckled in multiple rooms. It has separated in different areas where you can see a gap in the pad. I'm well past the warranty at this point, but it was noted on my punch list (6 years ago) and they told me I could have it repaired in the future. Well, it's the future (present actually, ha), and they have ignored my repair requests, even though everything was properly documented. Lastly, I was going to pay them for some other repairs, like tile that my kids broke, and they ignored that too. So now, it's going to cost me a few hundred dollars to fix the AWFUL install job that they never did correctly, and they've earned this review
