If you like your business, don`t use this company. They come to do the annual and 5-year inspection. After coming to the property 5 times and leaving water all around on the floor, nothing was done. Excuses after excuses, and the invoices are bigger and bigger. Yesterday, technician Erick came with a worker and let the water from the sprinklers flood our garage. Over 30 parking spots were flooded. When I approach Erick, he blames the old building, the clogged drain, and the reflecting pool. I asked 3 times if they were going to clean, and he denied 3 times. When I rase my voice, he started racially attacking me. I told him I would call the police for trespassing. After one hour, the owner called me and started treating me with disrespect and blaming me for raising my voice. They vandalized my property, caused further damage to it, and then sent me an invoice. Only non-educated people will not see how unprofessional this company is! read more

This place is not professionally managed. They placed a big red fire alarm box right in the center of our main lobby in a condominium complex in La Jolla! Now it looks like an auto garage or even worse. They put big metal brackets with screws all over the walls paying zero attention to anything aesthetically. They had the audacity to demand $3,500 when multiple homeowners noticed this disaster and requested they move it to a more appropriate location. Go elsewhere for your fire safety needs. These people are a major rip-off! They're crazy to think anyone would ever be satisfied with a bright red box next to a mirror in the center of a lobby. It will be investigated further as to why they didn't plan this better which has resulted in a big mess and headache to the community homeowners with the eyesore created. I found a competing company in Escondido willing to relocate the unit for $1,500. I'm hoping this gets resolved better with Fire Watch. This will be updated to be accurate if they de use to do something seemingly more fair. read more

Their technicians ran fire testing at Lido building in Mission Valley today and triggered the alarm to go off for 1.5 hrs!! Then another technician finally showed up and leisurely strolled out of his car to finally start turning it off first in apartments than in hallways. They ripped out the escutcheon ring, dry wall, and all around most of my ceiling fire sprinklers. Do you not care about the quality of your work? FireWatch did a required inspection of my sprinkler heads inside my condo in October, 2021 and claimed I needed 5 sprinkler heads replaced due to corrosion. To this day FireWatch has never identified the exact location of all 5 allegedly corroded sprinkler heads. I was given authorization by Walters Management the property management company for my community to use any licensed fire protection company to replace the sprinkler heads inside my unit as long as I understood FireWatch must re-inspect my sprinkler heads after the work is completed. I agreed. I contacted Western Fire Protection and they did an independent inspection in November, 2021 and found only 3 sprinkler heads corroded needing replacement. Western Fire Protection provided a professional detailed inspection report and a written proposal with a reasonable cost to replace the 3 sprinkler heads which was $65 less than the quote from FireWatch and willing to provide an exact date and time when the work could be completed. Walters management informed me that FireWatch would be returning to my complex to do work at my building on March 2, 2022 and they could re-inspect my unit between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm and refused to give anyone an exact time or even a 2 hr window. I work nights and cannot be awake all day waiting for another inspection by FireWatch. I called Western Fire Protection on Friday, February 18, 2022 and requested the replacement of my 3 sprinkler heads as soon as possible accommodating my work schedule. I was given Monday, February 21, 2022 at 7am. Wow at exactly 7am on Monday, February 21, 2022 a Licensed Technician from Western Fire Protection was at my front door ready to work. Before he could start the work and turn off the water to the sprinkler heads for my building as a "courtesy" to avoid a trouble call and the Fire Dept called he had to call the company that monitors the fire alarms for my community. Inside the door of the turn off valve for my building it said FireWatch with their emergency phone number. The technician from Western Fire Protection called FireWatch and the person that answered the phoned demanded to know why Western Fire Protection was trying to replace sprinkler heads for my unit at this complex since they have the contract with Walters Management. FireWatch claimed they were doing the work for my unit. NO FireWatch I wouldn't let you near the inside of my unit if you didn't have a contract with Walters Management. FireWatch refused to give the technician with Western Fire Protection authorization to turn off the water to the sprinklers in my building until Walters Management lets them know they authorized the work. It was Presidents Day and Walters Management were closed for the holiday. After 40 minutes of this nonsense on my dime the technician with Western Fire Protection called the San Diego Fire Dept and they authorized turning off the water for the sprinklers in my building without any hesitation. After this last stunt by FireWatch I hope their contract won't be renewed by Walters Management again. The technician with Western Fire Protection replaced all 3 sprinkler heads without causing any damage to the plastic pipes. I hope and pray my neighbors using FireWatch to replace their sprinkler heads have a similar outcome. Good Luck. read more

A completely incompetent company. I live in a townhome and they replaced the sprinkler heads of my next door neighbor. When they turned the water back on in their unit I heard a loud explosion and ran next door to find out what was wrong. They said the noise was no big deal and that everything was okay. When they replaced my sprinkler heads next, they caused a flood in the master bedroom and living room. The whole ceiling had to be taken down, as well as flooring and parts of the wall. For a whole week I needed commercial grade hepa filters and dehumidifiers going nonstop in every room. It's been almost five months and I'm still putting my home back together. read more

I was quoted over $24000 and red tagged when i took over of a five diamond hotel the owners were burying their heads in the sand and refused to spend the money. I had the repairs made for more than half the quote and passed inspection. I had used Fire Watch at another hotel and remembered they are honest and will never price gouge you!
