I reached out to him on a Sunday via his website because he had such good reviews on Google. Shawn responded the same day and said that, unfortunately, he wasn't taking on new patients. When I asked him for referrals he was kind enough to send us a list of three (3) individuals he recommended and we were able to make an appointment with someone else instead of having to start our search all over again. For someone to take the time out of their busy day to help someone in need speaks volumes. Not only was I shocked to get a response from him on a Sunday, but he sent the referrals the very next day he was in the office without my even having to follow-up.
