We have trouble getting good firewood over here in Pacific Grove but Tristan really came through for us. We asked for 2.5 cords of almond and he delivered that plus a touch more. This company is terrific! I called on a Thursday and they delivered two cords of firewood the very next morning. They were very friendly, professional, and hard working. They stacked the cords perfectly and cleaned up any scraps when they were done. I reached out to Firewood Valley delivery on the 12th of March to inquire about a delivery. I was quoted $375 plus tax and was given a delivery window from 1pm to 6pm the following Friday. The Thursday day before my delivery Firewood delivery reached out to reschedule my delivery appointment for the next day which was Saturday. I excepted and set it up for 2:30pm. My delivery never showed up nor was I given a courtesy call to inform me of anything. When I attempted to call the main number to get an update no answer. I followed up with Autumn whom was the person who reached out to me to reschedule and when she answered I proceeded to ask her why my delivery had not made it out to me and why hasn't any one made any attempts to reach out to me she told me that she would call me back after she reached to driver. I did not receive a return call back from Autumn as promised, this was after 4pm on Saturday mind you. After about 2 attempts of trying to reach out with regards to my delivery, I left a very detailed message for Autumn urging her to please get back to me so they would at least give me some kind of update so that I could get on with my Saturday. A few minutes later she text me to inform me that the driver was stuck in the mud and Triple AAA was headed there way and that she would be calling me back. Unfortunately for me, I never received a call back that day or since. I tried calling her direct and even texted her requesting an a courtesy phone call to advise me for not getting back to me regarding their no show, and got nothing. It seems as though Autumn has no sense of courtesy towards potential customers with respect to customer service. You see Autumn, when you schedule an appointment or make a verbal commitment for a delivery.. you are setting expectations. I would have believed that the truck was actually stuck but when I did not get a call back at that hour I was sure that was not the honest truth. I'm in sales, have been for over 20 years and when it comes to customer service I have seen learned that that you been consistent and honest. I seen neither with you. This was my 1st experience attempting to purchase firewood and let's just say My expectations fell way short of due to the lack of pretty much the entire process. I was not impressed nor satisfied with the way you conduct your business. I will not recommend your business to anyone. read more

I ordered one half cord of firewood from this company. Delivery was prompt and the firewood was of good quality. The crew that delivered the hardwood did all the stacking was surprised me pleasantly. I'll be back the next time I need firewood. I felt that the wood was priced fairly. read more

Called them Wednesday autumn said wed have a delivery Friday between 1-6pm friday came and she sent us a text to reschedule the delivery for sunday or monday and would throw in kindling for free did not hear from her again until 3pm today to ask if Tuesday was ok I canceled the order because I cant wait for wood that probably won't come.
