And it has been wonderful seeing the school really grow up since then, as I have seen younger cousins and friends of the family in and out of this school. It has been a relief to know that some things about it haven't changed. Many of the faculty and staff members have been there several decades, because they love what they do, and they love the people working with them. With the growth of the school, extra room has grown in the hearts of the faculty and staff as they have met and taught more students. If I had school-age kids and still lived in Midland, I would hope to send them there.

We trust the Primrose name and have been happy with the care. We have since had another baby and he has been with Primrose since September 2020. My husband and I are both doctors. He is an orthopedic surgeon and I am an OB/GYN. We depend on childcare to do our jobs. That saying Primrose is sponsored (?not sure if that is the correct name) by several different oil companies. We were just told that our youngest child is no longer enrolled at the childcare due to the oil companies taking precedence. They have given us less than a month notice to find other childcare options. Needless to say we are extremely disappointed and heartbroken that our child's care who we love and cherish have cast us out. We are just as important to the community as the oil companies. We help service oil workers who have injured themselves on the job or deliver their babies. It is extremely disappointing and morally questionable.

The administration team is very ridged, rude and unsympathetic to not only the parents, but how their actions directly impact the babies. Example; My child was rejected because we showed up at 10am after a doctor's appointment. The center wouldn't allow her to attend class because I didn't physically show up prior to appt to sign her in. I explained I had no idea about this policy and could they just let us have this one chance since we've been with them less than a month. The admin was so mean to me I left crying and now have to take my 5 month old baby to work with me. The infant classroom is also not ideal being an open concept, my baby has a very hard time napping, and after almost a month she still has issues. (no sleep sacks allowed). I understand needing to get the older kids to school on time because they're learning valuable info. But an infant?! Are you kidding me?! And then telling the receptionist behind my back to notate my account about the issue was completely unnecessary. I'm paying you $900/month to watch my baby and you won't accept her after 9:30am with or without a doctor's note? What am I paying you for? I was so excited to get my infant accepted to Wee Care and now I'm left feeling really upset like I misplaced trust.

On my very first day, the director Dyanne Alva told me that her husband joked about him having a mistress that shares my name. This is incredibly inappropriate to say to an employee. I had to undergo a CPR training on a Saturday that the director Dyanne hosted. She pretended like she didn't know my name even though I had spent the previous 2 days working directly with her. I was called the wrong name every time she spoke to me because she apparently could not remember my name. I also was not given my CPR certification To make matters worse, she then physically hit me with a door that next Monday and joked about it, asking if I needed an incident report. It was a glass door so she could clearly see me. I was also holding 2 kids at the time also the employees talked very inappropriately with the toddlers present Because I quit without giving a two week notice due to this bullying behavior, she changed my promised pay from $13 an hour to $7 an hour. This is unacceptable and highlights the lack of integrity and respect at this establishment. I strongly advise seeking childcare and employment elsewhere.

The folks in charge at Kelview are needlessly inflexible and actively rude, and this attitude trickles all the way down to the people taking care of your little ones. If you have any other options (which you probably don't), I'd recommend choosing one of those.

I looked at 8 other daycare centers, but ended up choosing this one in the end. It was very hard to find good childcare here in Midland! Either places are booked and have waiting list, or are just not what you are looking for. I am very pleased with my decision, and I look forward to my son starting here. It is the first and only church we have gone to since relocating to Midland. We felt so at home, there wasn't a need to check out other churches. There is so much we love about Stonegate Fellowship: Everyone is so friendly and helpful! We felt so welcomed from the moment we stepped through the doors. Pastor Patrick Payton IS AMAZING! I have NEVER laughed more during church services. I LOVE his stories and how he explains things so everyone can understand. The sad part is that Pastor Patrick (who has been at Stonegate for 19 years) is stepping down from his role. I REALLY hope his replacement can keep me engaged as much as Pastor Patrick did! We love the contemporary services! The music is GREAT! We keep saying it's like going to a rock concert! The performers are FANTASTIC. The sound is unreal! The light show is mesmerizing! The Word is told in a way that keeps me paying attention. The services are usually pretty full so get there early. Stonegate also provides donuts, coffee and juice in the lobby between services. The Children's Ministry is amazing! We LOVE the security system! Children are checked in and can only be checked out with the corresponding parent tickets. Kids are split up into age groups. There are SO MANY classes available. My husband and I are currently attending a marriage class. We LOVE IT! Not only is it strengthening our relationship, it's kind of like a mini "date" for us during the week! Child care is provided during our class so we get to be kid-free for 1.5hrs! (Woo hoo!) To top it off, the church and building complex are GORGEOUS. We love the modern, fresh decor. There are parking attendants to assist when you get there because the parking can be a bit confusing. Everything is well thought out and this chick has runs smoothly. I knew my kids were taken care of and loved. This is the church for young Midland adults. The worship is the best you will find in West Texas. The singers could all have their own record deal. And one of them does. I highly recommend getting involved in a small group. There really is something for everyone. And if you need prayer, the prayer room is equipped with prayer warriors! Years ago I worked for the weekdays childcare. Also an amazing ministry. You can workout or go to a bible study with no worries. I highly recommend this church.
