I emailed her the week of my event to touch base and give her the details of table placements etc. Then 3 days before my event she told me she could quote me extra for setup/breakdown even though I was told the agreement with the hall and them being a preferred vendor was that they had to do that. I met with the Manager of the hall who had to call her and let her know. At that time, I was made aware she hadn't even met the Manager yet even though it had been months since she took over. The final straw was her being 30 minutes late on THE DAY OF after pushing it 30 minutes already the night before. So the hall rental was from 9-4 and the event was 11-3, she showed up at 10. The owner of the hall had to let my husband and event planner in to start setting up. So when my guest arrived they were still setting up which was completely uncalled for and caused me undue stress. Annnnnd then after paying for mimosa service I was made aware the day of it was only for two hours. They ran out of mimosas and Nathalie did go to Publix to buy more but why did it have to get to that? Was my babyshower beautiful and the guests fed?
