Don't get me wrong, I love the doctors whose care I have been under for the past 18? Years…read more However, whether it was Covid or being absorbed into Luminis, they have become busy enough that good care only exists if you are lucky or very important. They are scheduling out anywhere from 2-6 weeks for appointments. Diagnoses for care are made at the scheduling level at times therefore restricting your care options. Calls for appointments, even recommended by a practice physician, require you to leave a message, so if you receive a call from scheduling TAKE it, and cancel everything including work to make whatever appointment they offer. This will provide your best opportunity for successful treatment. My first visit on this most recent issue was diagnosed based on X-rays and MRIs that were taken at least a year ago. 9 weeks later I still have no resolution to my questions or the pain that I experience on a daily basis. If you can find responsive care outside of this practice or any of its sister locations I highly recommend it at this point.

My hope was to learn what exercises I needed and the proper way to execute them rather than over doing it on my first visit. Decided to forget about traveling to a PT location and come up with my own exercise plan and perform them at my own pace in the comfort of my home which I've done since that first visit and it's working out well.
