Dr De La Rosa explains everything and patients are totally listened to and considered at each part of the dental plan in order to achieve a more beautiful smile. There is genuine concern for patients. I have even been called unsolicited after their work hours just to check and see how I was doing after a procedure. Dr De La Rosa really seems to enjoy her patients and spends time getting to know them. The doctor never seemed to remember what was done from one visit to the next, and it was clear there was no real continuity of care. What's worse, my teeth have shifted again because a wisdom tooth came down--something that should have been foreseen in the panoramic X-ray. But that critical detail was overlooked. The orthodontist is so overwhelmed, bouncing between multiple patients at once, that any one-on-one attention is virtually nonexistent. That black spot was brushed off when my daughter was brushing teeth at home. Then the dr said that tooth is very easy to get food stuck in that spot so it's still better to fill it. He would not revisit this tooth because "it's dead" and said it was the tooth in front cause the pain, which was not accurate. A second opinion confirmed it was the root canal tooth. There was root still remaining, an ill fitting crown causing poor bite, and too large post caused terrible pain. An endo and new dentist took months to be able to save my tooth from extraction and manage my pain. I normally don't share feedback but felt I needed to be honest here as the work performed was not quality, rushed and often felt my concerns were not taken seriously. On top of that, having to pay again OOP for a $1000+ procedure months later.
