So, another 10mile/20 miles round trip to pick up the watch. Poor, poor customer service....why didn't the front desk person LEARN that this business could not fix Swatch? Why didn't one of the jewelers look at the watches received each day to determine if they could take the next step or not and contact the customer? Again, poor customer service.

I absolutely dislike parking at big stores, fight people inside etc. Going to Beverly hardware store was great! Parking was a little tough given the location (next to street with business to each side). Once inside I was amazed by the selection they had. From basic yard tools, to a great fastener selection, basic pesticides, small leather goods, and even basic personal protective equipment. I did not catch the name of the gentleman that helped me with copying my keys. He was very nice, extremely helpful and professional. They are open Friday and Saturday from 7:30-5:30 pm. Closed Sundays. 2 pairs of keys (4 total) was about ~$10-11. Not bad price at all and it took only a few minutes to make. No complaints. If you need a quick item I'd definitely recommend.
