I requested copies of statements for my account for 3 of the previous 4 years and was charged…read more112.00. Seems steep for 36 papers, but OK. The bank sent me the statements without copies of the checks which are normally included with every statement. That is the only way to find the recipients of the checks, which was essential for me. They claimed they could only locate these only with extreme expense, bacause they are kept on CD's. How hard can it be? Despite the fact that they sent me only partial statements, they kept the 112.00.
