There was no conversation kit put on. And you did not tell us that you had to reroute the exhaust You told us it was because we didn't have a cap on the roof exhaust pipe which was not true. i text you guys to tell you that it was the exhaust you installed my husband found that out. I have text messages to prove that as well. You also turned off my gas to my house never turned it back on and left and never returned. Before we turned our gas back on my husband checked the furnace to find that you had unhooked the gas line and left it completely open without telling us you had done that. We had to buy a shut off file to put on line so we turn the gas on so we wouldn't fill our house up with gas. I have text messages to prove that to. Before you call someone a lier maybe you should come around once awhile to see what your employees are doing because you never did. After finding out all of this of course we called another company because it was obvious you didn't know what you were doing. By the way why didn't you check to make sure the furnace was working when you first installed it back in June instead of waiting to let me find out when it got cold. I will tell you why because you had gotten your money and you didn't care. If you had installed it correctly in the first place there would have been no need to come back to fix anything would there the fact that you had to come back because it wasn't working proves my point that it was never installed correctly.

I do not recommend. I was told my AC unit was leaking and it couldn't be fixed, I had to buy a new…read moreone. They told me they couldn't do a pressure test to see where the leak was, and the leak could not be fixed. $6,000 for a new air conditioner. I got a second opinion and they did the pressure test, found the leak and I don't need a new air conditioner I need a new coil. $2,000 instead of $6,000. Burnett's just wanted to sell me a new air conditioner without finding the real problem.
