I had originally called this place, because I knew that I want to look into abortion. They told me that they were willing to talk to me about it over the phone and schedule up an appointment that following morning. Don't give me wrong. It's great that they provide services like an ultrasound and a pregnancy test, but when I walked in and had to do a "counseling session" the female. RN felt like she was trying to get treat me for looking into other options. This is supposed to be an unbiased judge, free, place, whether a woman wants to terminate her pregnancy, or not. She spoke on my morals and values, as if she knew who I was. And when I did ask about abortion, options or clinics, that felt safe and welcoming, she told me that she refused to tell me anything. Very confusing since I was told that over the phone and they have a signed plastered out there building. So, for the women that are looking at abortion options, I want you to know that there is a center called the birth care, control center. They work with the NAF. Which is the national abortion Fund. If you apply for financial assistance, they are willing to work with you on price. Also, there are two other organizations that can help you. If you speak to them or email them directly. Just go ahead and search up their websites, but they are called the Silver State Hope Fund and the Wild West Access fund. All women should be given access to all their choices, withholding. This information is honestly so disrespectful to women in general, so for those who feel trapped or don't know what to do or are stuck because of money. These resources can help you. I came in wanting to confirm a pregnancy test and after it had came back positive the lady comes in and immediately after she tells me congratulations and how far along I am she says that she hopes that I keep the baby because it's the right thing to do... Her views were very clear on where she stood with what was going on with MY BODY, but they offered a free ultrasound and with this being a first timer I was interested so I let the weird interaction slide. So I come back a week later for an early ultrasound appointment and signed up for the earliest appointment. I sign in and am waiting in the lobby. I ended up having to walk up to the front 3 separate times to ask the receptionists if they knew a rough ETA due to the fact that I was already waiting for 40 minutes. They again went to the back and said that she was ready and they would call me up shortly. I ended up waiting roughly another 15 minutes before I got fed up and left the clinic. As I'm headed home the clinic ended up calling me back 5 minutes after I left and it was the sonographer. She apologized and admitted that she forgot about me because "she got caught up doing something on her laptop". Here's the thing though, HOW?! I went here when I found out I was pregnant and before my insurance started. The first visit they ran a pregnancy test and the second visit they did an ultrasound. It was an absolutely wonderful resource at no cost. I would not recommend coming here if your plan is to have an abortion and if you are uncomfortable with religious talk. It is extremely religious and they will ask you a lot of personal questions and push religion and anti - abortion beliefs. I read some reviews beforehand so I was prepared for that and I even had a little laugh about it with the woman for my first visit. Other than that everyone was extremely nice and helpful - the first visit I got some great resources and at the ultrasound they printed out pictures for me and also gave me a really cute baby bag of cute items. They portray themselves as an open place to discuss ALL pregnancy options. They claim to give information on abortions if that's something you're choosing. The first time I went into this place was for a pregnancy confirmation. Waiting to be seen didn't take too long, the staff were nice and I received a lot of information. The only part I felt uncomfortable in was the "counseling" service I received. The lady gave me information about abortion and adoption and just the different options I have. I continuously expressed that I was against abortion and was going to keep my baby, but she made me feel a bit uncomfortable and talked to me as if I told her I was thinking of not keeping my baby.. but besides this awkward counseling session she did give good information and ways to get started on finding a doctor and support for the baby. The second time I came in was for my first ultrasound. I went here for the ultrasound because I am still waiting for my medical approval and wanted to make sure there was an actual baby in there. The ultrasound appointment was prompt on my selected time and very comforting. The ultrasound tech was very informative and even though it was not a doctors office I felt very comfortable and knowledgeable that my baby is doing fine. We got some pictures and even saw the little heart beating. Didn't get to hear the heartbeat because I was too early but it's a relief to see a viable pregnancy. read more

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I can tell you based off the reviews that your experience is going to be based off your advocate you see. If you get Eve, you will have a nice one. If you get Melissa, you are going to have a bad one if you are prochoice. My sister recommended this place to me because she had a great experience with Eve but I ended up getting Melissa. First the appointment was only supposed to be 45 minutes. My appointment was at 1030, and I left by 1150. When I proceeded to tell Melissa I was pro choice she giggled and tried asking me the process of abortion and what I knew which I knew the basics. And she turned it into a complete lesson of how they starve the baby and force your body to miscarry or they take the baby apart. Shame on you for shaming women for their beliefs. That's not even the worst part. I went to a clinic a day prior to confirm my pregnancy in which it was positive. And I only came here for an ultrasound because I wasnt sure if I was 5 weeks or 8 weeks because I was testing positive a month before but I had thought I miscarried. She tried telling me that I would either be 4 weeks or 5 weeks depending on those dates but that math is incorrect because it would be a whole month difference. So either way they couldn't offer me an ultrasound ( they gave my sister an ultrasound at 4 weeks- side note she went a month before me) When she came back in she said my test was negative. When I went home I took another test and it was positive. All because I stated that I'm prochoice she decided to make the decision for me to keep this baby even though I did state I am planning on carrying. So not only did you waste my time with your beliefs, you told me I was negative when I'm in fact positive and tried telling me I need to see my doctor regularly bc I've had abortions in my past and I'm more inclined to get cancer. They do give free services but only if you don't have a day job because they aren't going to read your results over the phone or provide a free ultrasound. No appointment for an initial consult but they are "booked out for months" to get an ultrasound. You're better off not going here at all just take the home test. read more

As someone with a Christian background, everything this place had to offer was exactly what I needed after finding out I was pregnant, I was unsure, confused and torn between abortion and going through with my pregnancy. Unfortunately I did miscarry, and there was a bit of relief now that the decision was out of my hands. I'm shocked at all the negative reviews, these women were amazing and relatable, they shared their own personal experiences and were very open which gave me comfort. In no way did I feel pressured or ambushed, I was firm in stating that the only two options for me would either be abortion or following through with my pregnancy and that adoption was something that I was in no way interested in, and Cathy respected that. This decision was heavy on my heart because abortion completely goes against my beliefs, and the pregnancy came at very bad timing in my life, so I was struggling immensely before finding out about the miscarriage. I declined the offer to watch any abortion videos and Cathy respected that. Cathy warned me about graphic images that were in one of the pamphlets that I was given which I appreciate. I'm blown away by how many people are upset with this place, abortion is a huge decision and these women are here to help you make an educated decision by giving you an overwhelming but necessary amount of information and counseling. Incorporating God into this process is necessary and not something that you can find in many places, a place full of women who care about your true wellbeing and mental health (because abortion is 100% something that affects you mentally) is not something you can find many places. if your someone who is just looking to be dragged into a room for an abortion without any regard for how it can affect you mentally and just looking to take your money then this is not the place for you. This place is looking to truly help and guide, not give you a quick fix to a sudden unexpected pregnancy. Because of first choice pregnancy and their resources I have a free 2 day resort trip planned for the end of the year where I will start the healing process from a past abortion that I had.
