When you call emergency maintenance line it goes to a 3rd party company. Called emergency number for maintenance and Sullivan Managemnt didn't reach out to me for 3 days- completely unacceptable. They took away the parking lot with no notice to residents, so there is extremely limited parking for two full apartment buildings (with a third coming). Fire alarm is constantly going off for no reason. Was told my window could not be open on a beautiful 65 degree day. This company could care less about their residents. Do not rent here it is extremely frustrating when management doesn't care about their residents
