This branch held his payroll check every pay period for three months, and he is in a Management position, not that it should matter, which it didn't, nor that he's defended his country for twenty nine years! Or that he's dedicated his entire life in the Medical field as well. As we all know a move is difficult and financially straining, and our account went into negative balance every pay period, and I know I'm speaking for just about every household. They assured us that we would have overdraft and online banking, but of course the day of account opening, Michelle the BraNCH manager was experiencing long and exhaustive computer problems, so she said we could go and she would set it up when the system was up and running! Fast forward and lord and behold, we found out we don't have overdraft Protection! We recently have had nothing but issues with this peculiar branch, staff are very rude, and between my husband and I we have both been hung up on and we're threaten that our account would be closed if our overdraft doesn't improve, and I remind you that we thought we had it all along. Now yesterday my husbands VA deposit didn't show up and he was rudely treated by three different employees and whom they would just keep transferring his call from one another. He also spoke to Customer Service manager who said she would return his call and as of today we still have not heard back from any employee with explanation as to why his VA deposit was not showing up in the system. And also, this is happened several times throughout the six months of banking with this horrible bank. No one seems to know what they are doing, and they really don't care about customer service because as far as my husband and I are concerned they have been the worst we've ever dealt with and we have traveled all over the US and we've had accounts all over the US and never have we ever had to wait for payroll direct deposit to clear for a week. We are working and looking for a better financial institution that represents their customers and not themselves. Thank you for your time and reading my lengthy review.
