The other reviewer is correct, Flagstar had great hours but with the economy in the tank they could not be sustained. PNC still has good coverage. They are 100% automated, whereas you could deposit your checks through a machine teller. There isn't any real 'window' where you could go up and pass your money through to a teller...as the 'teller' is now a computer! there are 2 large computers that will provide you with bills of any sort (if you are withdrawing $200, you no longer need to just receive 20s...you can get them in all types of denominations). Walked in and it was a ton of people waiting. Ok no biggie. I went to the cashier to make the deposit. The money truck had just come so there was only 1 teller during lunch rush. I was the first person waiting in line but immediately 7 people walked up after me. I was patient since I used to work at the bank. But I literally waited for 15 minutes before I just decided to leave. The person in front of me was a commercial customer and needed change. The teller didn't have it to give so it took awhile. As I was leaving one of the customer service reps helped me with my PIN. I think he felt bad for me. But this out a sour taste in my mouth for going inside the bank... which I never do. Lesson learned. Won't be returning.
