Was able to have them complete the car detail without being present. Only down side is the price. Expensive and a long wait for service. I had booked online for an interior detail, they were in contact to ask if there was pet hair in the vehicle and notified me that it would be $23-$35 extra. It ended up being $75 extra. If this extreme jump in price had been communicated I probably would not have chosen this detailer. But again, he did do a great job. After he left the car was dead because the batter had drained during his time detailing it. I had called him to see if he could give the car a jump and he said he couldn't and refused to take responsibility for draining the battery (how else was it dead after 90 minutes of detailing with the doors open?). Now, a day later, the car has to be towed by AAA to get it to start again. Great work, bad business.
