I took my first car to them right when they opened and they did a good job so I decided to take our…read morenew car to them. It was there for THREE days and they still did not have it finished. They never answer the phone and never called to tell it was done. On the first day, they said it would done by 1 but I came out with without the back window done and the one back window was messed up. They told me to bring it back the next morning at 9. On the second day (Friday), we dropped it off at 9am. After I called about five times within an hour, they text me at 3:48pm to say it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later, waited another 30 minutes only for them to bring it around and it still was not finished. The guy apologized and told me bring it back anytime and he would finish it within an hour. We dropped it off at 9 on Saturday. I tried calling both locations throughout the day to check in on it but No one answered either line. We decided to just drive down at 330. THEY WERE CLOSED! Gate closes, Locked up. My car was sitting out front, open with my keys sitting in the front seat. AND THE BACK WINDOW IS STILL NOT DONE. And the side window was no fixed either. The car did not move all day. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but please Do Not waste your time and money.

The gentleman who did the detailing, Corey, was very nice! I think in general the work was good. Both vehicles certainly came out looking far better than they were. I did have to use interior wipes to clean up areas that were missed and it didn't seem like a thin attachment on the vacuum was used to get into the tighter spaces at all. Overall, I'm fairly happy with the work and it saved me a lot of time not doing them myself.
