We contacted Adrian in mid-December and got a couple of quotes from him and others for a…read morewrought-iron or chain-link front-middle fence. His quote was competitive and from the beginning he gave suggestions on what would look good and what wouldn't. I think where Adrian and his team shines is with discussing and implementing plans with clients. He was very responsive to our needs. We built the fence to be able to keep the dogs to one side of the front yard if necessary, so after he built the fence, he made a few corrections and additions based on our concerns. He gets an A+ there because he took the time and effort to make sure it turned out well and will keep the dogs to one area if it's necessary. He made several corrections and additions as we expressed our concerns. We ended up going with him but from the get-go it was clear that Adrian had some issues with managing time. We had issues like him coming late to sign the contract or give the estimate. Those things might be a dealbreaker for others with a tight timeline but our timeline was pretty flexible, but we do like being able to plan our week so that was a little annoying. We witnessed some rough language but we also understand that it is difficult work. We just want him and his to be mindful of this especially if there are young children it is important good language and tone used. But we are happy to support his business and he did great with meeting our needs and communicating with us. We want to thank Adrian and his team for their hard work and dedication in completing this project. They take pride in their work and it shows.

Jacob showed up for an estimate for a privacy fence extesnion, which we felt was reasonable. It…read morefelt like he insisted on us getting smaller fence boards because he had better prices elsewhere. We chose the larger pickets to match our existing fence though. He came with an extra worker and there was no demolition necessary. They installed the fence posts the first day and came back with the pickets the next day. After the job was complete, majority of the fence boards had knots in them which started falling out not long after. I assumed Jacob would be the one installing the fence,but he ended up leaving his worker to do most of the work..which was subpar. 1. The railings weren't even fit correctly and left gaps in between them and the post. 2. The part where the new fence mated with the existing fence was just screwed into the old post. I asked and he said he didn't install a new post there because the old fence would fall. Fast forward to the first rainy season and I hear some creaking from inside my house. The wind was blowing the new fence back and forth because the attempt to save some cash. I give him credit for coming out and installing another post and that solved the issue. The cost of wood had just started getting expensive so it was a steep price for a fence that wasn't necessary but added more space. We just wish at the cost, materials and workmanship would've been given more attention to detail.
