We contacted Adrian in mid-December and got a couple of quotes from him and others for a wrought-iron or chain-link front-middle fence. His quote was competitive and from the beginning he gave suggestions on what would look good and what wouldn't. I think where Adrian and his team shines is with discussing and implementing plans with clients. He was very responsive to our needs. We built the fence to be able to keep the dogs to one side of the front yard if necessary, so after he built the fence, he made a few corrections and additions based on our concerns. He gets an A+ there because he took the time and effort to make sure it turned out well and will keep the dogs to one area if it's necessary. He made several corrections and additions as we expressed our concerns. We ended up going with him but from the get-go it was clear that Adrian had some issues with managing time. We had issues like him coming late to sign the contract or give the estimate. Those things might be a dealbreaker for others with a tight timeline but our timeline was pretty flexible, but we do like being able to plan our week so that was a little annoying. We witnessed some rough language but we also understand that it is difficult work. We just want him and his to be mindful of this especially if there are young children it is important good language and tone used. But we are happy to support his business and he did great with meeting our needs and communicating with us. We want to thank Adrian and his team for their hard work and dedication in completing this project. They take pride in their work and it shows. read more

Okay work, just not finished. Appreciate the metal posts he used. Why Adrian's project stops over 2 feet short of the property line, I will never understand. Several areas left unpainted. The "free" water sealant promised was never done. Several calls to Adrian to find out when it would be finished would always end up with excuses. They say a picture is worth a thousand words! You can see a review I did some months back that contains a few words, but this time due to a revelation that furthers what I had written previously, here are some photos to further substantiate the points made. I just had a different contractor rebuild the fence perpendicular to the one Adrian fooled around with so poorly and the contractor showed me that while Adrian bragged about using metal posts, which is a good thing, he only attached the fence near the top to the metal posts and nowhere else! The contractor was suitably surprised that a guy that specializes in fences would do such poor work! The new contractor built the fence that is superior in every way. He repaired loose boards from Adrian's job and added brackets and mid-boards for $150 more to correct Royalty's work and build us better fences at the request of myself and the adjacent home owner. We went with this fencing company after a wicked storm blew our fence down on two occasions. We first replaced our side fence then our back fence. The overall quality is not bad. They used good quality wood and the bolts securing the pickets is a nice touch over nails. I wish I can give them 5 stars and a recommendation however, I have to take points off for the lack of professionalism and follow through. I understand that working in the rain is troublesome, however there is a degree of professionalism that is expected. On the 2nd day of the installation process we received a call late and well pass the expected arrival time that his whole crew called off and the fence will not be completed. As sympathetic we are to his situation this was still very disappointing. We would at least expect a call well prior to the expected time. This was disappointing since I took a day off work for the installation and to keep my dog inside during the process. After the installation was completed we noticed many loose pickets that must of been overlooked during the process. Over the course of a week we were in contact for Adrian to repair the loose pickets. We got excuses and false promises. He never did follow up with the loose pickets and we ended up repairing them ourselves. We had some friends and family that were in need of a new fence. It's a shame because I do enjoy my fence and it's quality, however the lack of professionalism left a sour taste in our mouths preventing us from giving it 5 stars. read more

Went with this company for our fence job. Had a great initial experience with them and their bid was on the more affordable end so we went with them. Noticing small things here since the job was completed. A section of old fence that was replaced was left in our front yard and never removed by them. After the last two weeks of contacting them, they've yet to pick it up and I doubt they will. My neighbor complained about the shotty appearance and craftsmanship of the fence from his side and after looking closer on my side, I'm starting see what he's seeing.
