She was very knowledgeable about the inventory and helped me find some replacement parts that have been, otherwise, hard to find. I needed to replace a daily glass piece and was able to get that, a lot of replacement parts, and a spray that covers odors like promised for about 1/2 of what I usually pay in my town. First I will start with that employee. What a helpful and nice guy. The store is fully stocked with anything you could possible need in glassware. As well as many other items . Way to many to mention. But you could definitely spend a lot of time looking around. The store is Clean and smelled good. Open promptly at 10am this morning. I first visited this store after hearing that they have the largest variety of Kratom. I have visited several times and leave annoyed each time. The most bothersome thing is that they have such tall displays up that you cannot see the Kratom and you're just left there ackwardly asking questions about strain and pricing because you can't see it or get to it. This wouldn't be so bad except the staff is not knowledgeable on the product. Twice I have left after wasting money on something I did not want. For example, today I chose the Remarkable Herb Thai and it does not disclose the vein color which anyone that knows about Kratom knows is important. I asked the guy and he didn't know. I was hoping it was a red vein and after getting home, have to Google it myself and find out it's white which I don't want! So now I'm stuck with something that will go in the trash because the employees don't know their product. Not happy. read more
