Since my customer's office is nearby, it's sometimes easier to walk over and let them call one of their taxis to come by and pick me up. Sometimes the wait is short and sometimes the wait is long. The drivers are good. They know the city and since it's prebooked, the fare is set so you don't have to watch the meter. They'll take all the right shortcuts because they want to get paid and be ready for the next customer.

In the early hours of the morning, I was supposed to catch a 1:50 AM coach to the airport to start my vacation. I had pre-booked a taxi through the Veezu app for 1:25 AM - the booking was confirmed days in advance. But at 1:20 AM, I got a message saying they were still looking for a driver. When I called, they told me they had no cars available. Their "solution"? Maybe they could send someone by 1:50 - the exact time my bus was leaving. Absolutely useless and unacceptable. In a complete panic, I called Courtesy Taxis - and to my amazement, a taxi arrived within 2 minutes. Fast, professional, and reliable. Thanks to them, I made it to the coach station just in time, and my holiday wasn't ruined. The fare was reasonable, but their reliability is priceless.
