When we came back, our flight was nearly 45 minutes early, but when we walked into departures, the guy was there waiting for us. First taxi turned up ten minutes early and the driver got the hump because we weren't ready. Return taxi turned up five minutes late, text me to say they were outside at 17:05. I text back four minutes later at 17:09 to say we were on our way out. By the time we got outside he had left. Spoke to the office who were far from helpful and said it would be another hour before they could send another taxi. I have lost count of how many times this company has let me down with late pick ups, with no apology whatsoever, and yet I have continued to use them. Well no more. They don't seem to care less about their customers, so I will take my business elsewhere and tell as many people as possible about my experience with them.
