Absolutely horrible! They made an error on my paperwork and it took them a week to mail out the…read morerequest for me to complete the proper form and they didn't include a copy of the same form that I had already completed a month earlier. Their use of regular 1st class mail is really poor service, how very 1980's of them. A simple email and I would have been happy to send the form to them and prevent the two week delay costing me between $200 and $300. They sent me an unsigned letter from them and a supervisor explains the letter came from Voya. Really, can I talk with Voya? Really sloppy for a big financial institution. Letters should have a person or at least, general contact information. Trying to reach them on the phone is difficult enough with their phone system.....one solid loop of requests for information with no way out except to press zero. Once I received their letter I responded immediately and even spent an additional $27 to expedite my return mail to them to fix their mistake. I would have been happy to scan and email the form but that is way ahead of Voya's system. Voya, if you are listening, my case number is t180208077u4. You have my phone number and email. Since this is the administrator of an employer Deferred Compensation account, I have no easy way out but I certainly hope they move away from Voya as soon as possible. If Voya take responsibility for this error, I'll post an update. Please look at my other Yelp reviews, it takes really poor service to earn a one star review from me. It would be great if they cared about my money.
