However, they…read morerecommended her friend's 'company' for my glass claim, who not only put in the wrong glass for my car but broke my rear view mirror assembly, which was very expensive due to the camera and sensors required for my luxury car. This doesn't even include all the mistakes they made because the glass did not fit my car, which was proven when I took a picture of the part number and called the glass company. They not only refused to replace the mirror or the glass, but the owner called and screamed, swore and insulted me then proceeded to say 'I don't care about you or your car, find someone else to fix it' then said they would just call Kathy (on their speed dial) and have her cancel it. Needless to say, I'm stuck with covering the $1165 for replacing the mirror and had to do a new claim for the glass replacement. I got a new agent and had to start all over again - all the while my windshield is leaking water from the horrible job T&C Auto Glass did as I listen to the alerts from my car from the lack of calibration for the sensors and camera because the glass does not match up so it could not be sealed. She could have fixed this by calling and reporting her friends but chose not to so I'm still dealing with this over a month later. Be careful who you trust.

    I would leave no stars if possible. More than just slow,…read morethey made no effort at all to reach out. In the two months of waiting, I have had to call them multiple times for info. At the end of two months, we were told they "lost the diary" so when I called, they said, oh, yours must have been one of the lost ones. NICE. Only to say it was denied because we didn't call them first. We had a water leak, walls damaged, floor damaged, of course I called a plumber first! Are you kidding me? Never once received a reply to our email or from the third party who fixed it. "We are not obligated to respond to them" was the answer. That is NOT customer service, that is ZERO Stars. Never once reached out for more info, NOTHING. Why are we paying them money to only Deny a simple water leak? Unacceptable.

    Stillwater Homeowners Insurance sent us a cancellation letter after being their client for 9 years…read morewith NO claims. They went to our home unannounced and complained in the cancellation letter about not getting into the backyard. I guess they expected us to leave our backyard gate unlocked 24 x 7 so they (and anyone) can come in and take pictures whenever they want. When I contacted my agent, she said the cancellation letter is a way for Stillwater to tell us that they want pictures of our backyard. Why not say that in the letter or even better, let us know they're coming so we can leave the gate unlocked. When I sent them pictures of my backyard, Stillwater's underwriting needed more than 1 month to review it. I ended up cancelling my insurance with them because they're taking so long and at that point, I read so many bad reviews about them too.
