I used google and found this website that has psychiatrist to book and I booked Megan Blevins, I was very excited because I feel that I am going to get help, my appointment is on a Monday, I took off because I told myself this is a day for myself. went inside the office and the lady asked me if I have an appointment and i said yes and she asked if I used the Headway website and I said I don't know and I just used google, so I looked at my appointment and it says Headway... so that's when it went downhill.. she said that the Headway website doesnt worked with their system therefor I did not have any appointment. I was LIVID, i need help and this is what I get. The receptionist try to make a appointment with other day but I refused to give them my time and money. As a business, if you know you are having issues with that system why use it? or why not give a warning stating "hey! this is a fake website but put your information and waste your time going here". and the worst part is I left a VM to Megan Blevins and she never called me back. There is no communication between the two places where there should be because if no one can communicate with the other, that could mean that someone may die if proper communication is not made! There's got to be a better system in place for communication so everyone knows what is happening with the patient and everyone will know what care the patient is receiving. It would save a lot of time and energy in having to repeat why the patient or care taker is calling if the hospital and doctor's office can communicate!
