The teller made a mistake and took it from an entirely different member number I sign on but I did not notice until later in the day. I called to have them correct it. They said they did but instead they took another $300 from the correct number. I called the next day and they said it would be corrected on Tuesday. Then they said it would be corrected on Wednesday. Now they are blaming the other CU for not correcting their error. I said just deposit the money back and when the other CU sends the money they can return to their totals. Nope, they want me to wait 2 more days for their error. So if you use them for share branching, check your account before walking out because they don't know what they are doing.
