Today, Allstate earned it's 5th star! My claims adjustor, Ryan, was as friendly and helpful as…read moreeveryone else has been! Surprising to be giving all these props to a company that sells insurance. :) But... seriously, I am overly impressed from beginning to the fast turn around (literally less than 24 hours from start to finish) - these people went above and beyond to attention every detail of our first claim in 30 years. Nobody likes to be invaded; know their things have been rummaged through and others have helped themselves... but it's nice to know that with good insurance coverage, and kind hearted people to deal with, it can be a bit less painful. We felt the terms were fair, and the service outstanding. Thanks Allstate for tending our claim in the utmost professional and sincerely kind way. We hope to never have to test your system again. And... we won't be taking our chances in the parking lot of Eugene's Toys R Us again! No security, no shoppy. Somehow getting paid back a portion of what was stolen (but in the nicest manner possible) so we can at least begin to replace our stolen cameras takes a tiny bit of sting out of so many years paying premiums and wondering why. Today, we're thankful for insurance coverage. And the extra TLC we experienced in an otherwise agonizing experience.
