Tried to work with them on their mistake and nothing was done. Had to pay the higher rate or loose insurance. WILL NOT be renewing with Grimes, went back to my long term local agent... and for the record Grimes was a "Ramsey Trusted" agent! Dave Ramsey should really look into what/whom they endorse!
