Joyce met this "requirement" and much more. She is very friendly and energetic and it was actually fun to "just hang out" with her. And in spite of our slow progress (looking around about a 1/2 year), she didn't get impatient with us and didn't push us in any way to settle down to a house that is not quite to our liking. In fact, she gave us her very honest opinions and we could trust the advice she was providing us. And she was very reachable for questions: phones, texts, emails (and in person). After the offer was put in, if there was any process that seems to have been stuck, she was right there to push along whatever was stuck and we were able to finish the whole business on time, with no unpleasant event. Finally, she was more concerned about the house price than my wife and I were. Even though we were content with whatever price we agreed on, she was able to give us a better "deal".
