No stars is really what I wanted to leave. But yelp won't allow that…read more 4words: DON'T. WASTE. YOUR. TIME. THE WORST experience I ever had with a leasing/ real estate agent. Talk about rude and unprofessional. Matt (the owner) was late. (That was my first clue this would not go well.) Then he was on his cell phone the whole time I was "showing myself" the rental. (I should have left then.) He did apologize for all the calls but still, it's not right. The few seconds he wasn't on the phone, he would talk over me, put down positive comments I would make about my family he may know. Just an overall ass. Oh and I caught him checking himself out in the door glass reflection and then minutes later, staring at my belly. Yes Matt, I'm fat. Get over it. I have. A few mins later the ordeal was over and we parted ways. But I had a question so I called him. I went to leave a message and his mailbox was full. Full?? So I called his office. Talked with a very nice lady there and I explained what I needed to ask him and she said she'd try to reach him. A little while later Matt texted me, in a scolding tone. "Don't talk to anyone in my office. I will email you later." I'm still waiting Matt. It's been 3 days In the time it took you to text me that, you could have called me. I had one quick question. Today I decided the cute little house I fell in love with and wanted to rent is NOT worth you treating me like crap. And if I did go thru with the rental what the hell would I have paid you over $600 for again?? Assistance in securing a place?? Helping me with paperwork?? Ha! Ya right. You can't even return a call. I'm still trying to figure it out Matt. Were you an ass to me because I'm fat or because I have a housing voucher? Or both? I want you to know that I would have been an ideal tenant that would have loved that place as if it were my own. You blew a good deal for the owners who hired you to rent their place. Too bad they didn't see how you treated me. I'll be letting MCAD know about my experience. Also the Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers.

High marks for Megan Tolland, our real estate agent when we bought our first home in 2008…read more Megan was amazing to work with....professional, reliable, punctual and intelligent. Finding and buying a house is stressful and complicated but working with Megan made it go much smoother. She showed us houses that were in our budget and helped us decide which ones would work for us long term. She was able to clearly explain each step of the process of buying a home and offer constructive suggestions and advice. She also didn't disappear after our closing and keeps in contact to check in with us. I highly and happily recommend her to anyone. We also worked a bit with Matt Cuddy while Megan was on vacation. This was during approval of our P&S agreement. Despite not being involved from the get go Matt was a reliable asset and made sure we got everything processed within our deadlines.

We cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Tony. With his help, we sold a house…read morein a Shrewsbury and purchased a new-build townhouse in Grafton. We were first time home sellers and first time home buyers (our first house was through inheritance). We knew little to nothing about this process. Tony was knowledgeable, attentive, dedicated and provided a good sense of humor and perspective when things got rough. I very much appreciated the fact that Tony was consistently available through text messages and email. This made communicating so much more convenient for my husband and myself. Tony usually responded in a matter of minutes! Additionally, Tony played the negotiation game very well. Both my husband and I are impatient people with busy lives. We wanted to sell/buy our properties as quick as possible to get them off our plate. Tony forced us to be patient and took the time to work with the sellers and buyers to ensure we got the best price possible. He dealt in a way so that we made the smallest concessions when selling and also the biggest gains when buying. Below I have highlighted some of the great efforts that Tony went through to make our home buying/selling experiences easier: SELLING Our home in Shrewsbury was outdated and required work. Tony recommended renovations that would make the biggest impact in being more attractive to future buyers. During an inspection, we came across a potential problem that could "scare away" buyers. Tony put the issue into perspective and helped us to address it. We were able to remedy the problem and sell the house without an issue. Additionally we have a dog and 2 cats that are our "children". Both my husband and I work full-time jobs. Tony would come over before a showing and put our dog in the crate and let her out after. During one showing, the prospective buyer's agent let our indoor cat escape outside. While we got our cat back, we were concerned about this happening again. Tony came to Petco with us and bought 2 large crates for each of our cats spending over $200 of his own money! BUYING The townhouse we purchased was in the process of being built. While some people would love to be involved with picking out the details of a new home, my husband and I just found this to be a tedious and stressful process. The liaison to the builder was uninvolved and difficult to get a hold of. We became very frustrated when she would not respond to our emails or calls. Tony stepped in and pressured her to be more attentive to us. I don't know how we would have managed without Tony staying on top of her so that we knew what items we had to choose and what deadlines we had to meet. Additionally as happens with new builds, the finish date was pushed out several times. Tony was constantly contacting the builder asking for updates for when the build would be finished. As a result, in our 4 townhouse structure, ours was the first to be completed. Tony's efforts made this whole process possible for us. He turned two frustrating and stressful experiences into successful outcomes. Tony is someone who devoted his time, support and gives honest advice. I enthusiastically recommend him.

Dear Consumer, I…read morewould like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Mike Lefebvre on my recent home purchase experience by providing the following information: Mike Lefebvre made the home buying experience absolutely wonderful! The photographs of the property used for advertisement were captivating, wonderfully angled and certainly were the reason I called for a first and second look at the property. He also had created beautiful videos (winter and summer) of the place-which sold me on taking a very serious look at the property. The website was fantastic and provided everything I needed (school systems, local businesses, fun links to local happenings, etc) - loved it! My husband and I are rather baby-faced and have experienced some rather tough situation in the past with other realtors. We did not have a buyers agent and we were first home buyers. Mike was fabulous! He treated my husband and I with the utmost respect. He was kind, friendly, observant of our desires/dreams for a new home, and patiently helpful at all twists and turns in the process. He never once pressured us or hurried us in any way. He is so comfortingly level and calm---a dream realtor! Although Mike was the sellers agent, he always kept the lines of communication open. I actually requested a handful of his business cards to give to all my friends who are in the market in the next few years (there will be many with 6 weddings this summer!)....and should I need to sell for any reason in the future, Mike will be the only person I call! You will not go wrong working him and will love the process. Many, many thanks to Mike and Hallmark Sotheby's International Realty. We could not be happier with our purchase, nor with the experience we had obtaining it. We greatly appreciate all your hard work and genuinely wish you great success in the future. Cheers, Sarah and Brent England
