I've been on the phone with customer svc multiple times, to include today, supervisors who assured my funds would be immediately applied to my account, which they have not. Seems like a shady business practice to hold my money for months while charging me for interest on principal that I have paid down. Shady AF at best, should be illegal imo! This is the same shady sh!t credit card companies ran years ago and resulted in a class action suit (if I recall correctly) hopefully a lawyer will pick up on this. Avoid these shady characters...still waiting on the Aholes to do the right thing.
