The worship ministry is delightful and the sound is well balanced. For many, this is a deal breaker because they don't want a concert, they want to WORSHIP. So far, ACC appears to be well balanced, and people appointed to greet and reach out to visitors do a good job. I also like how the church is racially integrated. The ministries here are pursuing excellence with everything we've got. I have a heart for the LifeGroups, which is ACC's way of maintaining a small-church "feel" even as God adds to His church all the time. The motto is "we're not a church with LifeGroups, we're a church OF LifeGroups!" If people are saying they feel disconnected from the congregation, I will bet they aren't involved in a small group! This strange man asked my children if they wanted Million dollar bills, with out speaking to My husband or I first acknowledging us. After reading the back of this piece of paper I am absolutely horrified by the way you people run your church. Not only did this man represent your congregation but he showed complete lack of not only proper manners but respect for my children. I would be more then happy to involve law enforcement and to apply the CES letter which your church should be very well acquainted with. Your mannerisms at events and the people you've chosen to represent you have been in poor taste. If your idea of recruiting membership to your organization is this, I would re think the way you choose to go about the matter.
