Not opening the lobby till 12noon every day and the lobby is closed Saturday WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT WORK ! This is very poor business. I actually had to make an appt to make an account and then had to come back 2 1/2 hours later to my appt! Im seriously thinking of changing banks after 30 years!

Americantrust was bought out by this bank and several of the AT staff are still around. Customer…read moreservice always came first with AT and it seems that it continues with the FBB. Although many of AT's staff was let go, several of the staff remain and they are outstanding in their professionalism and service to locals. Especially Jennifer (mortgage services) and Stacy who handles everything from opening accounts, to answering questions to flashing a caring smile to everyone who comes through the door. This bank has small town personality with big city service.
