I had been having Tony do my taxes for 15 years until he got really loud and raised his voice with me about forgetting a document he needed that I mistakenly didn't have. Everyone could hear him yell at me and after he said he was just kidding. I felt embarrassed as I was walking by all those people to pay at the counter. Never will I go back to this place again. This happened a few years ago. This service is not worth a star but I had to put one star to post this review . read more

My previous tax preparer got my taxes wrong multiple times and didn't even meet with me in person as standard procedure. Tony has always got it right so far, and for less! He has always been friendly and enthusiastic in my dealings with him. read more

Like others have noted on google Tony is very rude and unprofessional. If your taxes are at all tricky he becomes frustrated and condescending, and speaks down to clients. We appreciate getting an appointment for the week prior to the deadline but Tony belittled us in two different appointments. It's hard enough dealing with taxes but dealing with tax appointments with a newborn is overwhelming, Tony made it seem like we and our baby were annoying him. When we said we would go elsewhere he stated "good I've got enough to do". I've never had such unprofessional service from any business. read more
