One of the worst office experiences I have ever had in my life. I'm pregnant with my first child…read moreand went to these offices as they were listed with my insurance. The women working in the office were rude nasty and more interested in my marriage status then causing me less stress as i have a high risk pregnancy. I was lied to about coverage by my insurance ( thankfully I had called my insurance myself and gotten the truth) the office women lied to my doctor about what I told them it was impossible to speak directly to my doctor who may have been( for all I know) the best doctor in the world, still not worh dealing with the office staff there. I didn't even make it to my second appointment with my doctor before having to switch offices. At one point I had to request that they stop calling my cell phone as they were causing me too much stress and told them only to call my home land line. I was asked to schedule a 3 hour test I gave the office woman who had been blowing up my phone while I was at work the date and time I could go as I work 46 hours a week the woman refused to schedule the appointment and apperently told the doctor that I was refusing to schedule. They asked me to call my insurance to see if certain tests were covered and then refused to belive me when I told them what my insurance company said and I had to have the woman at the insurance company call them so they would so what needed to be done to make sure my tests would be covered then when that was done incorrectly and the tests were denied by my insurance ( I called and found out) a woman from the obgyn offices called and told me they had been approved. These tests can cost, out of pocket, somewhere around 11,000. I told the woman that I had spoken to my insurance and they were not in fact covered and there was no apology no asking if she can look into it she basically ignored me. At this point I found a new office to go too picked up a copy of my records because I didn't trust anyone in those offices to fax anything correctly, and ended my association with this group. If you want to save your self time effort energy and a lot of stress DO NOT COME TO THESE OFFICES as any kind of mother to be.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the receptionist was courteous and I liked the doctor. I…read morewaited 1 hr. in the waiting room and another 1/2 hr in the room. My visit was uncomplicated, no problems just prescription refills, out within 1/2 hour. My blood pressure was first taken with incorrect technique causing a falsely elevated result. The only other time I had high blood pressure was 1 year ago at this same office for my very 1st time, also taken with incorrect technique ( I am a RN/NP). I told the person who took it when she roomed me.She replied "The doctor will recheck it". He did it properly; it was in normal range. Why should a physician have to take extra time to get a correct BP reading? What if I had not requested it to be retaken? Someone (UNLIKELY an actual health care provider) is packing the schedule. The woman behind me left angry after waiting 1/2 hour and realized I had already been there 45 min. and was ahead of her. She said she scheduled for a different day but told it was this day when she called to confirm and cleared her schedule of all appointments. She left the office angrily loudly saying "poorly run" on her way out. Technology is useful but cold and time consuming requiring scrolling through various electronic pages instead of just viewing a chart that makes sense and communicating with the patient. Today's high tech, insurance and profit driven atmosphere has little concern for "caring", (hence it's name "health care"). My time is precious too.
