The office is clean and bright, and the associate at the front desk was very nice and friendly. I had my consultation with Kaylee, who was so kind and informative, making me feel very comfortable and educated on the whole process. I ended up trying a bit of Botox and got a lip flip, and the whole process was very minimally painful and so quick! I'm excited to see the results!

I asked for a refund, they told me to FLY back here and try to reschedule. Which I did reluctantly. I moved to Colorado right after that procedure. I tried to reschedule when I was in town visiting my folks which was extremely difficult when it was cancelled by bio and then the rescheduled with the same provider that I asked not to see. So, I asked again for a refund since it is not reasonable for me to fly there and then have a cancellation and try to deal with flight delays. They agreed to send me a check and I gave them my address. That was over 2 months ago. I never received the refund check. I have called VIO three times since then and left a message for the manager with the receptionist and once on the machine. They DO NOT CALL ME BACK. I've been nothing but patient and kind and I don't appreciate being lied to. This is incredibly expensive procedure I do to minimize my melasma. But, it has to be done correctly. VIO is the only time I have had this done incorrectly and I have had MoXI at least 15 times at other places. You need to call me back and send the refund check. This is your last chance or I have to leave reviews like this and make a better business bureau complaint. Your choice. Do the right thing, Please return my call and send the check that was promised to me.

I felt comfortable the whole time, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Overall such a great experience, and I can't wait to come back!! I also did 30 minutes on the LED light table before my massage, and it was such a relaxing way to start my appointment. I love that red light therapy can help with recovery and inflammation, and it got me completely relaxed before my massage. Next time I'll definitely book a longer session! :))

I scheduled a 90 minutes (service ) which included an 30 minute stretch and a 60 minute massage. I specifically called to book these appointments and was quoted the price would be $130. Cool! I arrive to my appointment 15 minutes early and my massage therapist did not come to get me until 3 minutes after the appointment start time. This was the first red flag, after 20 minutes into my (30) minutes stretch she stopped and said ok, now we'll work on your massage. In the back of my mind I'm think ummm ok! I could have sworn I booked a (30) minutes stretch. She stopped the stretch at exactly (20) and then left the room for (5) minutes before starting my massage. When I asked about the time on the stretch she literally said well "technically it's a (20) minutes massage and a (50) minutes massage. Well, now I'm really pisses because I'm sure they should have explained these "technicalities before booking my session. This is call False advertising!!! 1000%. So . After my services were done I was not offered any water and changed $145.00 for the full time of a (30) minute stretch and (60) massage. When addressing my concerns to management, I felt I had to defend myself and go back and forth regarding the logic behind the misrepresentation of the services time and cost. As a paying customer and for someone who went to lay to relax , I was left with more stress and frustration that could have been handled more professionally the moment that I addressed my disappointment. I will be contact corporate and filing a complaint with state board immediately concerning the unprofessional and false advertisement of sales and services. I will never go to this location , and from the looks of it, I should have read the reviews on Yelp before spending my hard earned money somewhere, it's not appropriated. Long story short my review of the overall services itself was an 6/10. Nothing special and I never felt not 1 since pressure point touched of relieved of stress! :( Twila was my therapy Just FYI! No water offered after a deep tissue massage is very rude and unprofessional.

I get nervous with any medical procedures, even if it's just a facial, so I did my research on the people who work there and was amazed by their qualifications. There are two Nurse Practitioners on staff who have done extensive training in aesthetics. Upon arriving for my facial, I waited for about 5 minutes before being moved to the back. Everyone working took the proper precautions to keep a safe environment; they were wearing masks, and sanitized everything. During the procedure we had good conversations and laughed. It was like I had known these people my entire life. They gave me great recommendations on what I can do in the future to achieve my goals. There's zero question that Modern Vitality Medical Spa is staffed with a group of professionals that work diligently to help you obtain your desired look. Everyone on staff is inviting and welcoming, and the procedure itself made me feel more relaxed than I've been in a long time. My skin feels amazing, and I cannot wait to go back for another procedure. This medical spa didn't just save my skin, they made my skin look better than it ever has AND the prices are extremely competitive. What's not to love? HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It's so easy to lie on the internet and say you're a professional , then you get there and see it's just careless individuals who try their hardest to scam you. I booked a consultation and I literally sat in there for 5 minutes before she rushed me out , It seemed like I did all the talking. All I got recommended was 900$ of "micro needling" in which I stated I wasn't interested in from the very beginning. I was told I needed to book an appointment to actually get the service done. SO I drive 25 minutes to speak with someone about my skin then leave ? That doesn't make sense. Then she said she could fit me in & that someone was using the machine and I'd have to wait 30 minutes until I'm able to use it. Speaking through a medical mask that makes me feel so comfortable , not really. I scheduled my appointment for a specific time, I expected to be able to have it. When I arrived I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even came to the front to greet me. They didn't even ask for my name and just took me back, mistakenly about to start a service that was for someone else . The last name of the girl who was supposed to do my facial wasn't matching to the name I scheduled with. Her name tag was completely different then what is listed on the website. I don't believe the girl I spoke with here was a licensed nurse practitioner whatsoever, nor did I see any credentials anywhere in the office. I was gonna spend around 200$ for a hydra facial but I walked right out of there. Thank god I did. Obviously all they care about is money and have no actual knowledge on anything to help the client with skin concerns, so please go somewhere legitimate. This place should be reported for falsification.
