Dr. Leal makes you practice making you think of different scenarios, that you get to the point of feeling it's real & you wonder what to do! Hands down my favorite place to get BLS recertification (done so 3x already over the past 6 years…read moreat other places). The instructor was very upbeat and cheerful and got us through the session with constructive feedback with our CPR techniques. Even though it was a 4 hour course, the instructor made time fly by. The mannequins were thoroughly cleaned before our class started and we were given sanitary wipes multiple times during our session to ensure they were clean after each use. COVID precautions were definitely taken and the instructors had their masks on and the room was ventilated with a fan. Seating was 1 person per table which allowed for adequate social distancing. On top of everything, pricing was probably the best in town at around $45 ($60 with AHA book). Very professional and kind staff that went out of their way to make the courses pleasant. I will be coming back 2 years from now for my next recertification!

There are sensors on each mannequin that shows you whether you have the right rate and depth of compressions. - It took only half a day to complete the BLS course. - My BLS renewal certificate was available electronically via email on the same day after class within a couple of hours. Sweet! - Ample parking - Reliable classes Will definitely return again since I have my ACLS renewal coming up again soon. This business has issues with getting back to people…read more I took this course recently (had a coupon which I purchased through yelp), and when I called to schedule a time for the class, the owner- Yolanda, told me to just show up for the class and the coupon would be fine. Upon taking the course, they never gave me my First Aid card! The instructor, Derek, told me that someone would be in touch with me soon. It's been one week, and I've received one email stating 'thanks for your patience', but nothing telling me when I'd actually be receiving my card (?). I'm having trouble understanding why they can't give me my card and why my email hasn't been responded to?! I'd definitely take your business elsewhere. They don't seem to know what they're doing here.
