They even offered assistance in transitioning these auto-debits, which ended up being unnecessary. I was able to do it myself online. I very much like that the employees as well as Centennial Bank itself are a part of my local community. Everyone is super friendly and efficient because of this. Additionally, during the pandemic, the inside is open! Masks are worn and there is social distancing and hand sanitizer. I felt safe on both of my visits. Most recently, I drove down to have a few questions answered and as a result of their super efficient service, I ended up moving some savings around so it would earn a lot more interest than what I had been getting. Conveniently located in a corner surround by three other busy corners full of shops, restaurants and service stations. The Florida Turnpike is less than 1 minute away to it's immediate West and North. I like to use the walk in ATM inside the front lobby and I like the door lock system that unlocks using your ATM card. I've never had any safety issues, coming here day or night. I was just there today to complete a transaction (7/17/17) and I noticed a manger attempting to help a mother and son, clearly after business hours. Of course they spoke through locked doors but he could not given them the time of day either. Great jobs guys! Because you did that without knowing if anyone was observing it.

They were involved in the community just like their name. When Centerstate bought them out that was gone fast. What was the Board of Directors thinking???!! The employees look sad now when they didn't before. Centerstate even bought out First National but they weren't very good. I stayed with the Centerstate accounts because 1) there's lots of them around, 2) the other banks aren't very good either, and 3) The hassle of changing accounts over. If Centerstate would really get what they say they are I'd be a happier customer and their employees would be happier!
