We embrace our rich history and are poised for the future and what the digital world will bring. Our 15,000-square-foot facility houses the staff and resources to tackle any print or fulfillment job. Today's fast-paced technological and information age requires maintaining a solid footing in the products and services that our customers have come to rely on us for - while also making room for new products and services that the customers expect and deserve. The values of experience, relationships and integrity are key attributes ingrained in our belief that our customers are the most important aspect of our business. Meet the Business Owner: Pat M.

I grew up in Waunakee, Wisconsin (yes, I'm a Packer fan and owner). I left my small hometown to pursue a Bachelor's degree in graphic communications at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Five years later I moved to Minneapolis hoping that my hard-earned education combined with a healthy "gift for gab" might land me a decent job. It was just a few years later that I moved to the of Brainerd, and opened First Impression Printing. In the past five years, I've been working on bigger and faster growth for First Impression Print & Design while maintaining a culture that is supportive of the team here. I've added more staff, provided better employee benefits and improved training opportunities. The team now has better resources and equipment (computers, presses, finishing, etc.). We are a local, family-run business. We employ family, friends and neighbors that helps us provide better customer service and quality deliverables.
