Talked me through an issue I'm having with a PC I built myself, concluded that I'd…read morealready done everything that a computer repair shop would've done to troubleshoot the issue and recommended that I contact the motherboard manufacturer for assistance since it was the type of issue that would've been disproportionately expensive for him to fix. Basically it was just nice that he didn't try to rip me off by asking me to come in for a service that he would've had to overbill me for and was honest about that.

In less than ten minutes the part that had broken was removed WITHOUT opening up the computer or needing to replace the internal part of the plug.
