This is a 5 star company I would recommend to anyone. The work we had done on our property involved the use of a crane to remove 2 large and 2 medium sized trees + some limb work. The whole team worked together seamlessly, ( kind, upbeat and efficient). We were amazed at how quickly they got the job done and the clean up of our property afterward was exceptional. Excellent Company! During the purchase of our home, Tom and Josiah worked with our realtor to have a 60 ft pine tree inspected for stability and structural health. While on the property, they conducted inspections of other trees and found several Oak Trees that needed work to remove dead areas to save those tress. I was floored to learn the inspection and report were free. I scheduled a follow-up appointment and received a quick callback for an on-site visit, written scope of work, landscaping trim-up advice and estimate. We accepted their bid that Saturday and the landscaping and tree work was completed two days later on Monday. They worked with me using their Smartphones when I sent an additional picture of a bush that I wanted added to the list. First Impressions Trees...OMG! I have to say this tree company is professional! My back yard is heavily wooded with oaks and ponderosa pines. The First Impressions Tree team trimmed and groomed my healthy oaks, removed my dead oak trees and removed some of the pine trees. I must say these are fast working perfectionists! As far as a tree service I cannot comment. Regarding Landscape work they should not be in business. They are unorganized,unscheduled and untrained. They will destroy your plants if you you are not there to guide them step by step. You never know when the are coming and they just want to blow and go. Hard to get them to return calls so even if you stop service they just keep showing up and leaving a bill at your door. On top of all that I don't see a contractor license number anywhere. These guys were awesome. We did not live at the house where we needed the service so we had to rely on them to quote the work at a fair price and get it done timely. They did both! We needed three dead trees removed (so it didn't need a permit), and within 2 weeks of calling them the work was done and the wood hauled away. It is a gated community, and they were pretty cool about me forgetting to call them in a couple of times. They also hauled away the wood after I told them I didn't need it done and then changed my mind.
