Gotta say my experience with this company was awesome! I had a sprinkler valve that was leaking all over, I was pretty sure it needed to be replaced. Well much to my happy surprise it did not need to be replaced, he did some cleaning and examination and was able to resolve the problem quickly and very reasonably priced (much less than a valve replacement) as well as explained to me what was happening and provided me some future maintenance tips. I had my "drought tolerant landscape" completed in June and frankly I'm beyond disappointed with how it looks and the company as a whole. Eddie is also patronizing and unprofessional with questions like "you're so smart what do you do for work" and "are you seeing anyone right now". I just wanted a low maintenance yard and Ive had to reach out every month for Eddie to come fix the grass growing and he keeps trying to convince me "this isn't a problem" how is it not? It shouldn't look like this! I'm over dealing with him after 2 months of arguing with him to come fix it and then to have it not be resolved properly as the issues just come back. Eddie was such a help with a major drainage problem. He is knowledgeable and professional and really knows his stuff. 11/21/19-Update: we just had the back yard completely overhauled and wow. We knew the work would be amazing but we were still speechless at how beautiful it turned out! The attention to detail and the quality is exceptional. We had the team redo the front of the house in the spring and now the backyard. I wish my camera and pictures did more justice because it looks like it could be in a magazine. We had an issue with root suckers pop up over the summer and his team worked 4x as hard to get this yard cleared of those devil roots and plants.
